We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping operations of two skilled nursing facilities in Texas. The ideal candidate will ensure both facilities remain safe, clean, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards while providing a high level of service to residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all maintenance and housekeeping operations across two skilled nursing facilities. Supervise and schedule maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage and performance. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment, systems, and buildings. Coordinate with facility administrators and department heads to meet all maintenance and cleanliness needs. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including life safety, infection control, and health codes. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Respond to emergency maintenance and environmental service requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, cleaning protocols, and safety compliance activities. Qualifications: Experience in maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing settings. Experience supervising both maintenance and housekeeping teams is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety. Familiarity with CMS regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control protocols. Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across two locations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities as required.
