Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our Christian team. Duties

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child care.
- Assess children's progress and provide individualized tutoring as needed to support their learning.
- Participate in curriculum development that aligns with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Engage children in various activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and early childhood development milestones.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of young learners.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
