What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Coordinator position at Grace Church Of Minnesota Inc?
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grace Kids Elementary Coordinator will contribute to our collective efforts to disciple every child. Specializing in organization, execution, collaboration, and relationships. The Grace Kids Elementary Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Effectively contribute to, communicate, and champion the vision for Grace Church as a whole, Grace Kids & NXT Gen ministries.
- Energize ministry through presence during live programming.
- Collaborate with Grace Kids Elementary Manager regarding programming.
- Maintain professional posture and confidentiality in all tasks and conversations.
- Own and execute all tasks necessary to prepare for, deliver during, and follow up after Sunday morning and Wednesday night elementary programming.
- Build relationships with Elementary Volunteers/Disciplers, families and kids.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Grace Kids ministry through planning and innovation.
- Build out and maintain serving schedules for Volunteers/Disciplers within our management system, CCB.
- Eagerly and joyfully serve collaboratively with the GK Team for department-wide events and programming (E.g., Summer VBS, Holiday services, etc.).
- Assist with church-wide events.
- Other duties as assigned.
SPIRITUAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS
- Education preferred (not required): Associates or Bachelors degree.
- Experience preferred (not required): 2 years of experience in roles involving the key duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the position.
