Job Description: The Tech Team Lead will assist in preparing, presenting, and streaming all Grace Church worship services, weddings, and funerals and reports directly to the lead pastor.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Build a team of volunteers to serve in tech and audio on Sunday mornings.
- Provide leadership to the Tech Team.
- Run audio/video for praise band rehearsals.
- Create and insert song slides into the Sunday morning service templates.
- Lead production and tech teams in collaboration with the organist, choir director, and worship leader to ensure seamless and smooth production each week.
- Research and implement new technology to help further the mission and vision of the church.
- Contribute as part of Grace’s creative programming team.
- Be available for weddings and funerals (you or members of the team)

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and hear. This is largely a sedentary role that would require the employee to remain stationary for long periods of time; however, some lifting is required. This would require the ability to lift certain instruments and accessories, and bend, walk, and stand as necessary.
