Description : Position Summary :
Performs duties of registrars, schedulers, and other roles designated by Director of Clinical Administrative Services. Directs patients in a friendly and helpful manner.
Qualifications :
Education / Experience : High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently carrying out various activities with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Excellent customer skills required.
- Experience in Scheduling / Registration preferred.
Other Requirements : Previous experience working in a clinical setting and / or experience with scheduling software is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance is desirable. Excellent customer service skills. Maintains a cooperative professional working relationship with staff including but not limited to medical staff, and other departments, as well as outside agencies, community members and our patients.
