We are seeking a curious, self-driven Marketing Manager to lead our new Vacation Rental Marketing efforts—from updating leasing brochures and organizing events to developing strategies for sourcing new properties. Reporting to the CEO, this role also supports lead generation, and contract negotiations. This is a great opportunity for anyone eager to gain broad experience in real estate marketing. Essential Job Functions:
Leverage various channels:networking, social media, and online platforms to identify and engage property owners with short, medium, or long-term leasing needs. Regardless of the circumstances, you must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the role. (Successfully negotiate and sign at least 4 clients for the company each month.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exhibit excellent promotional and communication skills.
- Engage potential customers, manage relationships, and finalize contracts.
- Regularly update the Sales Director on market, leasing, and operational progress.
- Participate in quarterly reviews and development plan updates.
- Send introductory emails between tenants and property management post-lease.
- Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on innovative growth strategies.
- Flexible hours available.
Management Responsibilities:
- Assist with other office and administrative tasks as required.
- Complete the discovery, research, and recommendation of software, automation tools, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with third-party photographers to update all professional photos for all properties.
- Manage all other aspects of marketing, including but not limited to: Drafting and publishing advertisements, press releases, and social media posts.
- Maintaining all marketing social media, software, and advertising accounts.
- Organizing marketing events as needed.
- Assist in generating new leads for potential tenants through phone and email communication.
Qualifications:
- Past Marketing Experience and Proven Result required
- Experience with various marketing campains: email, cold call, etc.
- SEO knowledge
- Proven ability to develop new markets and source clients offline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for engagement.
- Marketing software knowledge required.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive for success.
- Detail-oriented with strong information gathering and monitoring abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in project support with strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and in a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Education, License, and Job Requirements:
