Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our Myrtle Beach, SC team. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, providing individualized and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver client-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health clinical training and experience, with a passion for fostering growth and resilience in clients.

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Compensation: $25 piece rate 

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ behavioral health needs.
  • Develop clinical recommendations tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Therapeutic Services:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions designed to meet specific client goals.
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, regularly reviewing and updating progress.

• Resource Coordination:

  • Facilitate referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources and services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all services provided in line with agency and regulatory standards.

• Professional Development:

  • Participate in staff meetings, professional training, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure:

  • Fully licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCMHC).
