Position Details

  • Job Title : Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
  • Location : Gloucester County, NJ
  • Employment Type : Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
  • Compensation : Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour
  • Sign-On Bonus : Generous sign-on bonuses available

    • Available Schedules

    We have openings for the following shifts on Saturdays and Sundays :

  • 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • 3 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 PM

    • Reliable transportation is required. Please indicate your preferred schedule when applying.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care : Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support.
  • Meal Preparation : Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
  • Household Assistance : Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
  • Documentation : Accurately record patient care activities using Celltrak.
  • Team Collaboration : Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.

    • Qualifications

  • Certification : Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in good standing.
  • Communication Skills : Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel within Gloucester County.
