Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Associate at GRACE LING. The Production Associate will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, management, time and action calendar to ensure timely and efficient operations within the fashion brand and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in production / production-related jobs in Fashion contemporary or luxury sector
• Extremely organized
• Good with excel sheets
• Extremely clear and precise, great communication skills
• Production Planning and Production Management
• Project Management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or related field
• An on-time person who can plan schedules and follow accordingly
• Understanding of quality and taste level required
• Fluent in English, bonus if also fluent in Mandarin, Korean and/or Italian.
• Bonus if have experience with Zedonk or similar software.
• Great Negotiation Skills / Charismatic

Job Scope

The job scope of the Production Associate involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality manufacturing and production processes, while upholding the brand's quality standards, aesthetic vision, and business objectives, including but not limited to:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Maintain Time & Action calendar by meticulously ensuring timely delivery as per agreed milestones through communication with vendors.
• Work closely with Design and Merchandising Teams, works directly with Founder.
• Manage and oversee production process from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality.
• Allocating styles to the respective factories, from PPS deadline, to TOP, to final production, ensuring best price & quality.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components while maintaining quality standards.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the brand's standards and specifications.
• Inventory Management
• Adhere to timeline and delivery window
• Adapt to changing priorities.
• Coordinate with tailors and seamstresses for VIC.
