Job Summary :
The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. The Key Account Manager is expected to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry, develop plans for each key account, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. This role involves a combination of relationship management, strategic planning, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within each account by staying in consistent communication and efficiently resolving issues with quick top-notch service and creative solutions.
- Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, educating customers on the potential and capabilities of our home fragrance product lineup.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns.
