Product Development and Marketing Associate

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Product Development & Marketing Associate for our Audrey's brand.

As the Product Development & Marketing associate you will report directly to the Director of Creative Development and be responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives, sales support materials, and product development communication materials to support the growth strategy of the brand.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Creating innovative ideas that integrate web, social, mobile, email, and conventional advertising to drive new customer acquisition and raise brand awareness.
• Build, manage, and optimize Retailer focused Facebook Ads Manager campaigns
• Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce and email marketing best practices
• Managing the web presence structure for brands. – homepages, promotions, product launches
• Execute B2B Email Campaigns using Mailchimp, and Adobe Design Suite.
• Identify opportunities & execute creation of B2B Email Flows
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Provide insights & implementation of website optimizations
• Use design programs to develop creative assets to support marketing campaigns, Social Media Posts, Emails, etc.
• Create spec sheets, illustrations, mood boards etc. to support product development for the brand.
• Provide creative support to Inside Sales Team for any collateral needed.
• Manage creation, printing, and distribution of any product catalog for launches.
• Communicate in a timely and professional manner with internal team and external vendors for product development projects.
• Additional as tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Resourceful with the ability to troubleshoot and work through roadblocks
• Ability to draw actionable insights from data and proactively plan out the next steps
• Excellent attention to detail
