Grace MindCare, a leading outpatient mental health clinic, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the vital link between patients, providers, and clinic operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination & Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist patients in-person, via phone, and through telehealth platforms.
- Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and assist with prior authorizations.
Clinical Support & Medical Assistance:
- Assist with patient intakes, including vital signs.
- Assist providers with treatment coordination.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems (e.g., AdvancedMD).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies for patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure smooth insurance processing.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Preferred: 1 years of experience in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Additional Information:
This role requires in-person attendance at our Mercer Island clinic.
