Functions And Responsibilities
Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Math Good mathematical skills to calculate and maintain proper count of equipment used/rented.
Reading Good reading and writing skills to comprehend and communicate written orders, instructions and technical information related to road closures and/or rentals.
Licenses Valid driver's license, favorable traffic abstract, and ability to meet DOT requirements for commercial vehicle drivers.
Other Ability to work flexible hours for a 24/7 operation and in all types of weather conditions.
Preferred or Desirable: be able to pass a background check for security clearances to military facilities.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
- Performs but not limited to Asphalt Repairs, Seal Coating, Crack Filling, Striping by preparing vehicles, equipment, material, and supplies for requirement projects.
- Prepares project areas for execution of project requirements to include but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, and roadway safety requirements.
- Performs Warehouse operations to include but not limited to receiving company inventory, customer deliveries, and warehouse maintenance.
- Performs Fleet Maintenance operations to include but not limited to delivering and picking up ordered parts, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Performs Facility Maintenance to include but not limited to coordinating repairs with vendors, maintaining company permits, and building enhancements.
- Assists G P Roadway Departments with assigned duties.
- Assists Grace Pacific Companies with assigned duties.
- Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
- Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace
- Will be required to operate a company vehicle, forklift and other support equipment.
- May be required to lift varying weight based on assigned duties/tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned
