Grace Pointe, a premier Senior Care Community located at 1919 68th Avenue in Greeley, CO, has an opening for Manager of Assisted Living RN/LPN. Grace Pointe is accepting applications for the Manager of Assisted Living RN/LPN position. The primary purpose of your job position is to work with the Director of Nursing Services to provide care for the residents, to schedule and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Resident Assistants / QMAPs to ensure residents’ needs and regulations are met. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
This position is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call weekend rotation. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, and is based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate with residents and family members concerning a resident’s condition
- Must have knowledge of the Colorado Dept of Health regulations for Assisted Living
- Must possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills to include hiring and coaching
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Must demonstrate patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
Experience:
- RN or LPN License
- Supervisory experience
- Resident/Family Relations
