What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMAP/Caregiver - PRN position at Grace Pointe Continuing Care Senior Community?
Grace Pointe, a premier Senior Care Community located at 1919 68th Avenue in Greeley, CO, has an opening in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Department for PRN QMAPs. Grace Pointe is currently accepting applications for PRN QMAP's. As a QMAP, the primary purpose of your job position is to provide services to meet the needs of the residents and to assist in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, and the supervisor. You must have a QMAP certification for this position. The salary range is $16.50-$18.00 per hour. The hours available for PRN QMAPs are days (6A-6:30P, 6A-2P), evenings (6P-10P) and nights (6P-6:30A).
