As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our agency, providing personalized assistance to our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each interaction leaves our customers feeling valued, heard, and confident in our products and services.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism, providing accurate information about policies, claims, billing, and other services.

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities to promote additional services and products that benefit our customers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of State Farm's offerings and systems to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
