Job Title: Charge Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional care to residents while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Manage nursing care for all residents, delegating tasks as needed.
- Recognize changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
- Supervise Nursing Aides, providing guidance and feedback.
- Detect potential issues that could result in injuries or difficulties for residents or staff members.
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding resident progress and needs.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility or Long Term Care environment (preferred).
