Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and restoring health of residents
- Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
- Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans as needed
- Supervising, counseling, and providing discipline to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
- Ensuring the unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures
Key Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Up to date First Aid and CPR certification
- One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred
- Knowledgeable of regulatory standards determined by CMS and the State of Oklahoma
