Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Access and assess residents' wounds
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of wound progress and any signs of infection
- Clean and dress wounds as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
