Job Title: Unit Manager
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Unit Manager to oversee patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will prioritize building relationships with residents, their families, and staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and restore residents' health.
- Act as the primary point of contact between residents and their families.
- Address and prevent concerns from family members.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
- Supervise, counsel, and discipline nurse staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and meet the care needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- One year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards determined by CMS and the State of Oklahoma.
