Grace Technologies is hiring for a Production Associate I to join our team in Davenport, IA! This position operates full-time, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

What You’ll Do
The successful candidate will perform all aspects of production including picking parts, assembly and kitting, packaging, prototyping, quality control and inspection, and inventory organization. Additionally, you may perform various duties to assist in the efficient operation of the company. Specifically, you will:
- Use Bill of Material (BOM) to build orders to specifications (from single piece orders to large quantity orders), monitoring orders for quality and errors in BOMs.
- Solder production and prototype components with an emphasis on printed circuit boards.
- Perform multi-faceted work that is necessary to build, assemble, inspect, test, calibrate, diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, replace, modify and program a variety of products and product lines.
- Use a variety of equipment including hand and power tools.
- Utilize company computer systems (including Microsoft Office, ERP, WMS, and Shipping) to process orders and maintain inventory
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of manufacturing experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience soldering preferred
- Experience reading Bills of Material and schematics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Able to reason through and solve issues that may arise in production.
