- Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure the long-term technical reliability of Grace Technologies electrical safety products (PESD and GracePort). Work with product, engineering, design, quality, and production teams to ensure that all products, new or revised, are fully tested. Investigate and resolve product design issues both before and after release. Work to manage end-of-life part replacement. (Product Reliability)
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve customer-facing electrical safety product issues (PESD and GracePort) that escalate via RMA, support ticket, etc. Own closure of assigned support tickets. Provide remote or on-site application support and installation oversight for customers when needed. (Product Support)
- Assist product team in delivering successful new electrical safety product introductions (PESD and GracePort) including specification creation, design review, and part selection/procurement. Build the documentation required for shipping product. Identify product documentation deficiencies and work with marketing team to generate missing content. Ensure the continued maintenance of a technical library for customer support. (Product Marketing)
- Represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors at assigned trade shows and other events. Participation in annual Rockwell Automation Fair tradeshow required as assigned. (Product Sales Support)
- Work with the engineering team to evaluate, design, and test mechanical, electrical, and software products for electrical safety applications. (Product Engineering Support)
- Assist in the development of production and quality test fixtures. Provide manufacturing support for the Production department to enable and improve production uptime metrics. Work with Supply Management to track and improve quality of purchased components. (Product Manufacturing Support)
- Bachelor's degree in software / electrical / mechanical / industrial / computer engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering including designing analog or digital systems, PCB layout design, and electrical testing.
- Proficiency with lab-based debugging tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, frequency generator, power supply, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
- Experience with OEM partner management and negotiation.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.
