What You’ll Do

• Video Production & Editing – Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality B2B video content, including product demos, customer testimonials, thought leadership pieces, and promotional materials.
• Creative Storytelling – Develop compelling video narratives that align with brand identity and effectively communicate key messages.
• Marketing Campaign Support – Create video content for social media, email marketing, landing pages, and digital ads to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Visual Asset Development – Design and produce engaging video assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Scriptwriting & Storyboarding – Write scripts and develop storyboards to ensure a clear and effective storytelling approach.
• Event & Live Coverage – Capture and edit video content from tradeshows, webinars, and live events to maximize audience engagement.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor video and other marketing performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and refine content strategies based on insights.
• Social media & Brand Promotion – Manage and create video content for company social media accounts, enhancing engagement and brand presence.
• Website & Landing Page Video Content – Develop video content to optimize landing pages and marketing materials for better user engagement and lead conversion.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and video marketing innovations to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned - Jump in and help the team with projects and assignments as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Fluency with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, Email Marketing, and SEO platforms and strategies
• Skilled in Adobe or compatible graphic design tool
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Pay-Per-Click platforms
• Good time management and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written skills
