Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
Must be ASHA certified (CCCs)
Must be currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year experience in early intervention care or related setting preferred.
Specific Job Requirements:
Conduct assessments and develop/implement treatment plans based on child's strengths and including recommendations for promoting success.
Consult with family members, school staff, and caregivers about techniques, adaptations, and strategies to promote success and ongoing development.
Teach techniques to families and/or school staff.
Observe, note, and report on progress of long- and short-term goals.
Collect data and document actions and progress.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Essential Functions:
Must be able to establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals
(SLP CCC only) Must be able to oversee and evaluate services provided by SLP CFs
Must be able to chart appropriately and timely
Must be able to utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately
Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards clients and their families
Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
Excellent knowledge of principles and evidence-based practices
Drive to continually learn and grow in the profession

Pay: $87,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
