Grace Therapy and Wellness Center is hiring!!
At this time, we are looking for clinicians with experience with and a passion for seeing couples and/or families. We encourage people who identify as BIPOC to apply. The position is full time, and open to pre-licensed or fully licensed therapists with a clinical Masters degree. Those with supervision experience or a desire to supervise are welcome to apply as well.
For full-time employees, BCBS PPO health insurance benefits are offered with the practice paying 50% of the benefit, as well as life insurance and short-term disability insurance through New York Life. PTO is offered at 60% of your clinical hourly rate, and you receive 4 working weeks off per year. Employees are also eligible for a Simple IRA retirement account through Ascensus with 3% matching from the company. You can also receive Public Service Loan Forgiveness through working for our nonprofit.
All behind-the-scenes work involved in private practice such as billing, therapy notes system, intake, and marketing are taken care of by office staff- all you have to do is communicate with clients, attend meetings and write notes! Starting out, we encourage networking and will provide you with at least 50% of your caseload.
An important part of our culture here at GTWC is working towards anti-racism and social justice within our organization and our community. We serve a diverse population of clients and do our best to represent the faces we see in therapy, within the practice as well. We make it a point to be in-network with as many insurances as possible, including some Medicaid plans, as well as offer sliding scale therapy. We often hold paid workshops for the practice that are taught by social justice leaders in our community, with the purpose of guiding us in the right direction and making sure our company culture is safe for everyone.
We have three locations within the state of Illinois. Our main office is in Oak Park, and we have locations in Chicago in Ravenswood and the South Loop. We also see clients virtually.
A clinical Master’s degree and experience with couple and/or family counseling are required. No experience with private practice needed- this can be a learning opportunity!

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to couples, families, and individuals utilizing therapy models and involving systemic thinking.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines of the profession.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required for licensure.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
