Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Position Overview:
As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at Grace Village, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the overall health and happiness of our residents.
Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to physician orders
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
QMA 3rd Shift Part Time
Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Qualifications:
- Valid QMA certification in the state of Indiana
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Benefits:
- Base pay from $19-$25 per hour.
- Pay based on experience at an additional $0.25/hour per year up to a maximum of $5.00/hour.
- Shift Diff of $1.00/hour and Weekend Diff of $1.00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Refer a friend and receive a bonus up to $300 when they stay 90 days, conditions apply. Refer a nurse after 90 days of employment and receive a bonus up to $600 when they stay 90 days, conditions apply.
