Key Responsibilities:
- Cover five shifts as a caregiver/med tech
- Fill in additional shifts of caregiver/ med tech/ cook / housekeeping as needed to ensure full staffing
- Oversee residents and their needs, facility
- Prepare meals and manage dietary needs as needed
- Interact with and care for memory care residents
- Preferrable to hire couple if spouse is experienced in building maintenance (double salary)
Requirements:
- Experience as a caregiver, preferably in memory care
- Experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Knowledge of medication administration
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
