Provide high-quality patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, light house cleaning and meal preparation.
Monitor, report, and record patient health
status and behavior, paying close attention to any significant changes.
Perform regular safety checks in patients'
homes to ensure a safe living environment.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing empathetic support and clear communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
