Job Duties:
· Maintain daily administrative and office tasks for all aspects of the cemetery business
· Computer work including incoming/outgoing email, office programs (especially excel), tracking cemetery data, and cemetery specific software
· Telephone and in-person communication
· Process mail
· Filing and organizing paperwork and maintaining files including family information and relevant cemetery documents
· Scan checks, process payments, and collections
· Receive incoming cemetery materials, package and process outgoing or return materials for shipment, may involve lifting/carrying with or without assistance
· Monthly inventory and physical counts of cemetery materials
· Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years experience
· Able to pass background and drug screenings
