The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills and be incredibly organized. The Logistics Manager should be an excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills and be incredibly organized. The Logistics Manager should be an excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery Driver Management - Employees and Independent Contractors
- Hiring
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Training
- Compliance
- Equipment Repair Management
- Monthly shop inventories
- Ensure that work orders are fulfilled
- Building Prep
- Pulling and staging building deliveries for the delivery drivers
- Performing Analytics
- Measuring performance and compliance using applicable software programs
- Assessing the needs of the company and the drivers using technological methods
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - required
- Experience with customer deliveries and installations preferred (or similar experience)
- Knowledge of/experience in the Portable Building Industry preferred
- Class A CDL preferred
- Postsecondary education preferred or equivalent experience in Logistics
