Graceland Management Services, LLC, a leader in the portable storage building industry, is currently recruiting a motivated, self-starter to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This individual should possess a servant's heart and have a whatever it takes to get the job done attitude. The ideal candidate will have very strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. The Administrative Assistant will primarily serve our Manufacturing Facilities. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping work. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental issues, personnel issues, and general housekeeping items. Assist in preparation for meetings. Calendar management - employee birthdays and anniversaries, scheduling meetings or teleconferences, etc. Provide clerical support. Participate in planning for special projects and annual events. Assist with payroll activities. All other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
- Associate's degree required, with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience preferred
- Maintains confidentiality to the highest degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks from hour-to-hour and day-to-day
- Self-starter with continuous improvement mentality
