Requirements :
- Proven business management experience
- Owns land capable of housing up to 15 buildings, or willing to lease or rent similar land
- Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required
- Currently resides in or around Joplin, MO and has land opportunities.
