Travel Coordinator
Location: On site Duval, FL Full time - 6 months
Salary: 18 USD/hourly
Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel for mariners attending training and navigation assessments.
- Communicate travel details to mariners promptly and effectively.
- Partner with Corporate Travel to address and resolve travel-related issues.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain electronic files and perform data entry.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and emails.
- Assist in resolving travel emergencies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in travel coordination or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Email, and Internet tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Concur Travel System is strongly preferred.
