Requirements
· High School Diploma or Associates Degree
· 2 - 5 years of experience with travel and timing coordination.
· Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
· SAP Concur experience is strongly preferred
· Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
· Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
· Ability to work with multiple business partners
Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Maintain electronic files
· Perform data entry
· Assist in resolving any travel emergencies
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
• Arrange travel for mariners to attend training and navigation assessments
• Communicate travel arrangements to the mariners
• Partner with Corporate Travel on travel issues
