We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating microelectronics assembly equipment and performing quality inspections to ensure all semiconductor devices meet high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.
- Inspect die and packages according to Military and Jedec standards using high and low-power microscopes.
- Follow detailed specifications and verbal/written instructions.
- Use multiple hand tools to process delicate components without causing damage.
- Train other employees on basic equipment operations and assembly processes.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready work areas.
- Use computer-based manufacturing systems for product movement and data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate components.
