Opportunities:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and functionality
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide adequate supervision of the Therapy Assistants (if applicable) as defined by the Georgia Board rules for applicable therapy disciplines
- Provide ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and clinical staff to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management
Qualifications:
- Valid, Applicable State Licensure
- Experience in a short-term rehab/skilled nursing facility setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet all health requirements including a drug screen
- Ability to pass criminal background check
