What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) position at Gracent?
Every day as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you dedicate yourself to transforming the lives of children and families. You pour your passion, expertise, and energy into helping others succeed. But what if there's a place that's just as dedicated to supporting you?
At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we understand you might not be actively looking for a new role right now, but we'd love the chance to show you what else is out there. Imagine working somewhere that offers the perfect blend of clinical autonomy, unparalleled support, and a culture that prioritizes your growth and wellness.
If you're ready to elevate your career-or even just curious about what's possible-we'd love to talk.
Total compensation for this role ranges from $82,000 to $100,000 annually. This amount includes your base salary and a bonus of up to $12,000 per year, which is paid bi-weekly. The bonus is earned by providing additional hours of care and completing parent training sessions.

- High Clinical Autonomy : Use your preferred assessments and tools to create individualized care plans that reflect your expertise and creativity.
- Shape Future Clinicians : Actively mentor, coach, and manage a team of RBTs, gaining hands-on leadership experience that sets you apart.

- Rooted in Best Practices : We're committed to neuroaffirming, assent-based care that honors each child's individuality and empowers their growth, supported by OBM principles that foster a positive, efficient workplace.
