This is a Full Time Day shift position.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
What do you get to do?
- General maintenance, repair and service at an apartment complex for elderly persons with disabilities
- Responsible for unit turnovers
- Utilize skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other apartment repairs

What do you need?
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to demonstrate well-rounded maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, gas & electric furnaces and heat pump units
- Must be able to pass a drug test, including testing for marijuana.
