GRACIE Behavior Associates, LLC is seeking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Glasgow, Scottsville, Edmonton, Kentucky areas. Our main office is located in Columbia, Kentucky; however, we currently provide ABA Therapy services in the following counties in Kentucky: Adair, Allen, Barren, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell, and Taylor. QUALIFICATIONS
BCBA’s must have, at minimum, a Master’s degree from an ABAI-accredited program, are required to hold a license through the Kentucky Applied Behavior Analyst Licensing Board (KY ABA) and hold the BCBA Certification set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The BCBA certification requirements include complying with the BACB’s BCBA Ethics Code, working with integrity, and completing BACB required CEU’s. The BCBA must have knowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies and procedures. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be CPR and First Aid certified and pass a drug screen and background check.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The BCBA/BCaBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills
Providing a blend of Direct services and Supervision of RBT's
Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching
Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families
Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals
Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors
Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals, ABA implementers, and other individuals in support roles for families
Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to programming including the training of direct support professionals, parent trainings and teacher trainings
Assistance in the development of individualized skill acquisition programs
Assistance with the implementation, maintenance and generalization of programs
Assistance in the development of generalization programs for clients to the natural environment (home, school, community programs, etc.…)
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s) when needed and development of function-based behavior plans
Ongoing monitoring of goal progress for each client including collecting, graphing, and analyzing data
Completion of assessment and progress reports as required
Supervision of individuals pursuing certification as a BCBA or the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
Providing ongoing feedback and supervision to RBTs
Provide training to caregivers and service providers as needed
Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to maximize the client’s potential (ex – SLP, OT, PT, etc.…)

Pay: $52,794.48 - $102,411.96 per year
