GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
GRACIE Behavior Associates, LLC, an ABA Therapy provider, located in Columbia, Kentucky is seeking to hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the Russell Springs, Kentucky area to provide in-home and in-clinic services.
We are looking for Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team and provide support to clients and their families as they follow a treatment plan developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst and ensure they receive the care they need to address their behavioral issues.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have at least a high school degree or GED
Must have Internet access
Must have a reliable mode of transportation
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Must be enthusiastic and reliable!
Must be willing to make a commitment of at least 6 months
Must display professional behavior at all times
Must be organized with an ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Must communicate effectively with parents and supervisors
Must be willing to learn, be supervised, and grow in their skills and abilities as a professional
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
QUALIFICATIONS
RBT’s must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, a high school diploma or high school national equivalent. Must have already completed or be willing to complete the 40-hour required training course and have* or be willing to obtain*, the RBT Certification set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The RBT certification requirements include ongoing supervision and complying with the BACB’s RBT Ethics Code. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be CPR and First Aid certified and pass a drug screen and background check.
ADDITIONAL Preferred JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of early childhood and autism assessment tools and procedures, and child development.
- Experience implementing positive behavior support plans and programs written by the BCBA.
- Knowledge of current methods and techniques of applied behavior analysis and discrete trail training.
- Comply with the RBT Ethics Code.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with patient, parents and professionals.
- Basic computer skills and be able to use all required software.
- Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
- Maintain 75% billable productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide direct behavior therapy to young children and/or adults diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or other developmental or intellectual disability in home, school, community and/or clinical setting
- Implement, under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA, behavioral interventions based on client’s needs and current research
- Provide appropriate feedback to parents and/or teachers under the direction of the supervising BCBA or BCaBA
- Work in a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for patients
