Job Title: Student Services Coordinator (Temporary)
Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Student Services Coordinator for a temporary position while another team member is out. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, engage with customers, assist new students with signing up for our free trial, process retail payments, and handle voicemails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Assist new students in signing up for our free trial.
- Process retail payments accurately.
- Respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; however, comfort with customer interactions and making phone calls is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Initial Schedule (additional hours needed starting in January 2025):
- Monday 4:45pm - 9pm
- Tuesday 4pm - 9pm
- Thursday 4pm - 9pm
- Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Temporary position for Oct 2024 - March 2025
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
