Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any security breaches or hazards.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing assistance during investigations.
• Manage conflicts professionally, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively managing emergency situations.
• A valid security certification may be required based on local regulations.
