Job Summary
We are looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team! You will be directly working with Individuals with developmental disabilities, providing life skills, recreational activities and community integration . You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those we serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets individuals needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior direct care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living.
- Community integration.
- Service documentation
- Provide Transportation to and from the program.
- Maintain individual records.
- Give medications as needed.
- Engage individuals in exercises or other activities daily.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification required
Salary : $19 - $21
