The Graphic Designer will design, layout, and produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials using AI-generated design for our products and businesses around the world. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and communication professionals, copywriters, videographers, our design team and other cross-functional teams to lead Generative AI-driven design initiatives that resonate with our diverse customer audiences and align with Graco's brand identity.
What You Will Do at Graco
Graphic Design & Production
- Projects will encompass a diverse array of marketing materials, including digital and print brochures, advertisements, flyers, logos, PowerPoint presentations, social media imagery, posters, company communications, packaging, and more.
- Focus will be on the integration of Generative AI design across our graphic design projects.
- Support the Web Designer in the production of web or interactive design using HTML and web development software.
- Propose design concepts and present ideas to stakeholder.
- Revise content based on feedback ensuring the final product aligns with client expectations, Graco brand standards and business objectives.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
