ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assemble and install electrical components and standard product assemblies according to blueprint specifications with supervision.
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints and work orders with supervision.
- Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions of parts with supervision.
- Drill and tap holes in specified equipment locations (such as cabinets or back panels) to mount control units and to provide openings for elements and wiring with supervision.
- Mount/install assembled components into units.
- Reject non-conforming parts and confer with engineer or lead if there are questions.
- Alerting others such as Assembler A, supervisor or Engineer to non-conforming components.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 45 pounds when cranes are not practical
- Basic electrical experience
- Wiring experience a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow directions
- Manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Standard White Knight heaters product knowledge.
- Bench assembly experience.
- Soldering experience
- Knowledge of threads, hole punches and drill tap sizes.
- Ability to use measuring devices (i.e., caliper).
- Knowledge of electrical control panel building or electrical system
- integration.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
