The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

What You Will Do at Graco
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the principal contact for assigned national home improvement accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each retailer, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product penetration.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional planning, terms of business, and product launches to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Align sales initiatives with national retailers' goals and strategies, ensuring optimal placement and visibility of products.
- Partner with category management teams to develop and execute retail programs that drive traffic and conversion.
- Utilize omni-channel strategies, including e-commerce, in-store promotions, and direct-to-consumer tactics, to optimize sales performance.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Manage planograms (POG) and in-store merchandising execution to ensure optimal product placement, shelf visibility, and adherence to retail guidelines.
- Conduct store walks and collaborate with merchandising teams to assess product presentation and optimize in-store execution.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of retail programs.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to manage forecasting, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.
- Act as the key point of escalation for account-related issues, resolving challenges efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to track account performance and identify areas for growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to align on performance, initiatives, and future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account records, sales forecasts, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analytics, POS insights, and consumer/shopper trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 9 years of sales experience with 7 years of managing national retail accounts within the home improvement sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Expertise in category management, retail merchandising, and omni-channel sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience managing high-value contracts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making and sales execution.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
