The Product Information Specialist supports the execution of Graco’s product content strategy and governance. This role has primary responsibility to manage, maintain, and optimize the accuracy of product data across various platforms. The Product Information Specialist is responsible for ensuring product information is current, accurate, and consistent with both internal standards and customer expectations. The Product Information Specialist will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to provide high-quality, structured product information that supports business objectives.
What You Will Do At Graco
Data Entry and Management
- Assist in organizing and managing product information throughout the product lifecycle for indirect and direct Graco channels in the enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and maintain product and hierarchy marketing copy and assets.
- Support new product launches by coordinating the collection, input, and validation of all required data.
- Regularly update and maintain product information, prioritizing updates to digital content based on sales performance and business needs.
Data Syndication
- Prepare data for outbound syndication to various customer channels including API feeds, Excel templates, print template mapping and online catalogs.
- Ensure product information is up to date and consistent across multiple systems and platforms.
- Support improvements to product content based on feedback from content strategists and analysts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content types.
- Conduct regular audit of the product information management system and downstream syndication channels to ensure data and brand consistency.
What You Will Bring To Graco
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or information management.
- 0 years of experience in product management, or related experience.
- Experience with product information management systems and data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills. Experience working with PIM systems and eCommerce merchandising preferred.
- Highly organized with a strong initiative, able to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
