What You Will Do at Graco:
Systems Management
Maintain ISO 9001 registration for multiple facilities
Lead QMS internal audit team to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate yearly IS0 9001 audits with registrar. Respond to any non-conformities or improvement opportunities
Develop internal QMS audit plans and train internal auditors
Facilitate QMS management review meetings, gather data inputs and assign meeting action items
Develop tools and procedures to train engineers on new/improved QMS processes
Continuous Improvement
Identify and improve the quality and efficiency of QMS processes
Provide consulting/training to employees on improvement tools/processes
Facilitate QMS Management Reviews to identify potential areas for improvement (dotted line to VP of Manufacturing)
Assist with improving/updating QMS workflow such as CARs, Stock Check/Ship Hold
What You Will Bring to Graco
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience working with a QMS system in a manufacturing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent technical/statistical aptitude
Literate in computer software, Excel, Word,
Travel approximately 5% of the time
Accelerators
Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Salary : $84,000 - $147,000
