Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but willing to train the right fit. Professional that can maintain and help build census for a fast-paced skilled nursing facility. Develops relationships with case-managers, doctors, hospices and hospitals. Goes out to hospitals to gather information and build relationships. Gives tours and speaks with potential residents / families explaining the aspects of rehab or long term care. Enters information for new admissions in the electronic record. Must be able to submit information for prior authorization from insurance companies. Attends daily meetings and keeps room roster updated with admissions and discharges. Must have a great attitude and be energetic
