Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by greeting families and guests, handling clerical duties, and supporting school leadership and teaching teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage central telephone system and assist families with inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families and guests
- Foster warm, professional relationships with parents and students
- Process mail and maintain office organization
- Coordinate with vendors as needed
- Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies
- Provide classroom support when necessary
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Early childhood classroom experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (computer, smartphone, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
